Working with the top athletes in the freeride mountain bike community, this product was forged from the necessities that keep riders at Redbull Rampage calm and collected while sending it down the wildest terrain out there.
Working closely with Kurt Sorge and Graham Agassiz in 2019, we dove into the design process with much to consider. Our ultimate goal was creating a top notch, lightweight and highly breathable composite full face helmet that doesn’t shy away from a feature rich product.
Coming in at 1050 grams, it has a spherical EPP inner liner to absorb smaller impacts while the outer EPS body takes all the hard hits expected in such a gnarly environment. We went a step further to provide break-away visor bolts, a collarbone protection system, a fixed position GoPro visor angle and emergency release cheek pads to aid in the event the rider has any neck or back injury.
Once Redbull Rampage was was slotted again in 2021, Kurt Sorge and Reed Boggs took 2nd and 3rd laying down some crowd pleasing action.
